In a world where Moore’s Law, that of doubling the power of computers while decreasing their size every 18 months, holds sway, the thought of constant upload and download from every person everywhere is not unheard of. We already carry devices containing most of this technology everywhere we go each day. Our cel phones. All that is lacking is a network that is cost effectively reaching every corner of the world in uninterruped streams.
